These are some of the names that Miami should seriously consider dumping as this season is over. This 3rd season of the rebuild has had setbacks and teams that are in contention for the playoffs should be looking to add some quality players to their rosters and Miami needs to start looking towards the 2022 season as that will be a season where both our GM and HC will be on hotseats.
This season has been an unmitigated disaster and full of distractions, players have regressed as rumors of some not happy with HC Brian Flores style of coaching (Those are the players that need to move on).
Miami has young talent on this roster but it’s the lack of veteran leadership from these weak veterans on the team that has failed to take the lead and demand better from themselves and their peers.
Brian Flores got rid of some veteran players this offseason that he should have kept because it’s obvious that they are sorely missed as this season has gone down in flames!
