I did my latest mock draft with a view towards accepting trades and the best FREE site that allows trades is a site called first pick.com so if you are into playing mock drafts I find that site to be one of the best.

I decided that I would start off staying pat and waiting for the draft to fall to the Dolphins at the #5th pick and when we were on the clock we had 4 trade offers and the best offer to me was this one below so I accepted the trade and that left us with 4 first round picks number 12, 18,19 & 26th picks.

Las Vegas Round 1 Pick 5 (5) Round 1 Pick 12 (12)
Round 1 Pick 19 (19)

The Draft continued down to the 12th pick and we are on the clock and another trade was offered by 3 teams

Denver Round 1 Pick 12 (12) (L.V.) Round 1 Pick 15 (15)
Round 2 Pick 14 (46)
Buffalo Round 1 Pick 12 (12) (L.V.) Round 1 Pick 22 (22)
Round 3 Pick 22 (86)
Green Bay Round 1 Pick 12 (12) (L.V.) Round 1 Pick 30 (30)
Round 2 Pick 30 (62)

I decided to keep our 12th pick and I selected (Round 1 Pick 12 (MIA): Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama)

As we moved down to the 18th pick we once again received multiple offers to trade down

Baltimore Round 1 Pick 18 (18) Round 1 Pick 28 (28)
Round 2 Pick 28 (60)
Round 3 Pick 28 (92)
Tennessee Round 1 Pick 18 (18) Round 1 Pick 29 (29)
Round 2 Pick 29 (61)
Round 3 Pick 29 (93)
Indianapolis Round 1 Pick 18 (18) Round 2 Pick 2 (34)
Round 2 Pick 12 (44)
Atlanta Round 1 Pick 18 (18) Round 2 Pick 15 (47)
Round 2 Pick 23 (55)
Round 3 Pick 14 (78)

but once again I decided to use our pick so at 18 I selected ( Xavier McKinney, SS/FS, Alabama)

With back to back selections we once again received trade offers

Buffalo Round 1 Pick 19 (19) (L.V.) Round 1 Pick 22 (22)
Round 2 Pick 22 (54)
Tennessee Round 1 Pick 19 (19) (L.V.) Round 1 Pick 29 (29)
Round 2 Pick 29 (61)
Round 3 Pick 29 (93)
Philadelphia Round 1 Pick 19 (19) (L.V.) Round 1 Pick 21 (21)
Round 3 Pick 21 (85)
Round 4 Pick 37 (140) (COMP)
Carolina Round 1 Pick 19 (19) (L.V.) Round 2 Pick 6 (38)
Round 3 Pick 5 (69)
Round 4 Pick 7 (110)

I once again decided to keep our pick and with the 19th pick I selected (Mekhi Becton OT Louisville)

Once again the draft moved down to our next selection at pick number 26 and again we received trade offers

Green Bay Round 1 Pick 26 (26) Round 1 Pick 30 (30)
Round 2 Pick 30 (62)
LA Chargers Round 1 Pick 26 (26) Round 2 Pick 5 (37)
Round 3 Pick 7 (71)
Round 4 Pick 6 (109)
Carolina Round 1 Pick 26 (26) Round 2 Pick 6 (38)
Round 3 Pick 5 (69)
Round 4 Pick 7 (110

I once again decided to keep our pick and I chose Round 1 Pick 26 (MIA): DAndre Swift, RB, Georgia a bit earlier than I wanted but I was afraid he would be gone.

The Draft continued until we reached our first 2nd round selection number 39 Miami Dolphins select Jonathan Taylor, RB, Wisconsin yes I doubled down on RB’s because I want to be a top running team and with two top tier RB’s in the draft we will have a dynamic due who both bring different skill sets to our roster that is why I traded down in round one to have the luxury to do something like this.

So the draft moves down to our 2nd second round pick number 56 and once again we have multiple trade offers

Baltimore Round 2 Pick 24 (56) Round 2 Pick 28 (60)
Round 3 Pick 28 (92)
Las Vegas Round 2 Pick 24 (56) Round 3 Pick 16 (80)
Round 3 Pick 17 (81)
Round 4 Pick 15 (118)
Tennessee Round 2 Pick 24 (56) Round 2 Pick 29 (61)
Round 3 Pick 29 (93)
Green Bay Round 2 Pick 24 (56) Round 2 Pick 30 (62)
Round 3 Pick 30 (94)
NY Giants Round 2 Pick 24 (56) Round 3 Pick 10 (74) (CLE)
Round 3 Pick 34 (98) (COMP)
Round 4 Pick 4 (107)
Washington Round 2 Pick 24 (56) Round 3 Pick 2 (66)
Round 4 Pick 2 (105)

I decided to accept the Ravens offer to move down 4 spots and pick up an additional 3rd round pick and once we get to our pick #60 we again received trade offers

Denver Round 2 Pick 28 (60) (BALT) Round 3 Pick 13 (77)
Round 3 Pick 19 (83)
Washington Round 2 Pick 28 (60) (BALT) Round 3 Pick 2 (66)
Round 4 Pick 2 (105)
Round 4 Pick 38 (141) (COMP)
LA Chargers Round 2 Pick 28 (60) (BALT) Round 3 Pick 7 (71)
Round 6 Pick 7 (186)
Carolina Round 2 Pick 28 (60) (BALT) Round 3 Pick 5 (69)
Round 7 Pick 7 (221)

Even though the Redskins offer was tempting because I could get two 4th round picks to drop down 6 spots, I decided to keep our 60th pick and with the Round 2 Pick 28 (MIA): Darrell Taylor, DE/OLB, Tennessee

So we get to our first round 3 pick, Round 3 Pick 6 (70) and we once again had multiple trade offers

Minnesota Round 3 Pick 6 (70) Round 3 Pick 25 (89)
Round 3 Pick 30 (94) (G.B.)
Round 4 Pick 26 (129)
Atlanta Round 3 Pick 6 (70) Round 3 Pick 14 (78)
Round 4 Pick 13 (116)
Round 5 Pick 11 (157)
Buffalo Round 3 Pick 6 (70) Round 3 Pick 22 (86)
Round 4 Pick 22 (125)
Round 5 Pick 21 (167)

I have decided to no longer accept anymore trades and keep our remaining picks but I will still show you the trade offers so you can decide if you would have made a deal.

So with the Round 3 Pick 6 (MIA): Darryl Williams, C/OG, Mississippi State we now get to our 2nd 3rd round pick Round 3 Pick 28 (92) and we received two trade offers

Minnesota Round 3 Pick 28 (92) (BALT) Round 3 Pick 30 (94) (G.B.)
Round 4 Pick 26 (129)
Cincinnati Round 3 Pick 28 (92) (BALT) Round 4 Pick 1 (104)
Round 5 Pick 1 (147)
Round 7 Pick 1 (215)

Staying true to my word I kept our pick and with our Round 3 Pick 28 (MIA): Ben Bredeson, OG, Michigan

Once again we come to our next pick Round 4 Pick 39 (142) (COMP) and we have 3 trade offers

Indianapolis Round 4 Pick 39 (142) (COMP) Round 5 Pick 14 (160)
Round 6 Pick 14 (193)
Arizona Round 4 Pick 39 (142) (COMP) Round 6 Pick 12 (191) (NYJ)
Round 6 Pick 23 (202)
New England Round 4 Pick 39 (142) (COMP) Round 6 Pick 16 (195)
Round 6 Pick 25 (204)

I stay with our pick and Round 4 Pick 39 (MIA): Antonio Gandy-Golden, WR, Liberty

We now move to the 5th round where we have 3 picks and the first pick Round 5 Pick 7 (153)  we received 3 trade offers

Washington Round 5 Pick 7 (153) Round 5 Pick 10 (156) (S.F.)
Round 7 Pick 15 (229)
NY Giants Round 5 Pick 7 (153) Round 6 Pick 4 (183)
Round 7 Pick 4 (218)
NY Jets Round 5 Pick 7 (153)
Round 6 Pick 18 (197)
Round 7 Pick 32 (246)
Round 7 Pick 36 (250) (COMP)
Round 5 Pick 12 (158)
Round 6 Pick 32 (211)

I’m sticking with our pick and select Round 5 Pick 7: Michael Onwenu, OG, Michigan

We now come to our 2nd pick of round 5  and the trade offers were

New England Round 5 Pick 16 (162) Round 6 Pick 16 (195)
Round 6 Pick 25 (204)
Round 7 Pick 21 (235)
Arizona Round 5 Pick 16 (162) Round 6 Pick 12 (191) (NYJ)
Round 7 Pick 8 (222)

Keeping our picks I select Round 5 Pick 16 (MIA): Darnay Holmes, CB, UCLA

This brings us to our third and last 5th round pick and we have no trade offers this time so I selected in Round 5 Pick 27: Jonathan Garvin, DE/OLB, Miami

This bring us to Round 6 Pick 6 (185)  and we received 3 trade offers

Philadelphia Round 6 Pick 6 (185)
Round 6 Pick 18 (197)
Round 6 Pick 12 (191) (NYJ)
Round 6 Pick 17 (196) (CHI)
Round 6 Pick 23 (202) (ARI)
Baltimore Round 6 Pick 6 (185) Round 6 Pick 11 (190) (PHI)
Round 7 Pick 4 (218) (NYG)
Green Bay Round 6 Pick 6 (185) Round 6 Pick 13 (192)
Round 7 Pick 29 (243)

But we have more than enough picks this year we do not need to trade anymore so with the Round 6 Pick #185 I select Round 6 Pick 6 (MIA): Jared Pinkney, TE, Vanderbilt not sure he will be here in the real draft but he was there at 185 and we took him.

We now come to our 2nd 6th round pick (Round 6 Pick 18 #197) and we get two trade offers

Washington Round 6 Pick 18 (197) Round 6 Pick 31 (210) (S.F.)
Round 7 Pick 2 (216)
Baltimore Round 6 Pick 18 (197) Round 6 Pick 22 (201) (BUF)
Round 7 Pick 24 (238) (NYG)

You know the drill no more trades so we select Round 6 Pick 18 (MIA): Donell Stanley, OG, South Carolina

We are finally near the end we have two 7th round picks and with the first of our two picks believe it or not we get a trade offer

Houston Round 7 Pick 32 (246) Round 7 Pick 34 (248) (COMP)
Round 7 Pick 35 (249) (COMP)

we hold on to our pick and select Round 7 Pick 32: McTelvin Agim, DT, Arkansas

and with the final pick of the 2020 NFL draft the Dolphins with the last pick and no trade offers select Round 7 Pick 36 (MIA): Braden Mann, P, Texas A&M

So here is our 2020 Rookie Draft Class
