One of the primary objectives of the current coaching staff is to identify who on this hodgepodge of a roster will be retained and brought back next year to continue to compete to be a Dolphin player.

Yes I know right now It might not be that appealing too many to want to be on this team. Well let me say at least early on it may not have been, but I’m pretty sure now everybody sees this Dolphins team has a coaching staff that’s going to put players in the right position to succeed and with the team first mentality it’s not going to be long before they’re competing on a regular basis for the playoffs.

With just 4 more games to go I’m pretty sure the coaches already know who on his roster will probably be brought back next year to compete on the roster.

Here are some names that I have assembled from this current roster that deserves and have earned the right to be brought back next year in 2020.

  • CB Xavien Howard
  • QB Josh Rosen
  • OG Michael Deiter
  • WR DeVante Parker
  • WR Preston Williams
  • WR Jakeem Grant
  • TE Mike Gesicki
  • DE Taco Charlton
  • DT Davon Godchaux
  • DT Christian Wilkins
  • LB Jerome Baker
  • LB Raekwon McMillan
  • LB Vince Biegel
  • CB Eric Rowe
  • CB Cordrea Tankersley

These players represent the foundation to build from as they truly are quality players that deserve to be on this team.

This is no slight to the rest of the roster who has worked hard and played hard for this team but the reality is this Dolphin’s team is bereft of talent and in order to compete in this league you need two things first quality coaching and second good talent.

It appears we have the coaching in place now we just need to add talent to this roster and I feel this Miami Dolphins team is headed toward being a contender.
