Miami’s Undisputed GM Chris Grier has poached a top scout from another division rival as he brings aboard Marvin Allen from the Buffalo Bills.
Allen would be designated as an assistant GM for the Miami Dolphins working directly with Chris Grier. Allen has an extensive resume having work for the New England Patriots the Kansas City Chiefs prior to being named a top Scout with the Bills.
Mr. Allen brings 25 years of experience and looks like a very smart hire by Chris Grier. The talent in Miami has been questioned by some even though I do feel Chris Grier has done a decent job as Miami’s GM and surrounding himself with more eyes with a view towards identifying talent I am stoked about the possibilities.
The Dolphins are still waiting for presumptive head coach Brian Flores currently the defensive play caller for New England
If you are connecting the dots there seems to be history between the presumptive head coach the new assistant GM and Chris Grier dating back years in New England I’m not going to claim I know much about these people I do like the fact that the people Chris Grier is bringing aboard has a lot of experience with some very good teams.
