TDS Miami Dolphins 2018 Early Draft Preview

Draft Needs: LB, DE, QB, OG, TE, RB, DT, CB

Current Draft Picks per round: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, (3) 7th

Below are some names you might want to keep an eye on as I start my research for the 2018 NFL Draft as it is obvious the Dolphins will have an exciting off season to off set this disappointing 2017 season.  It is a very High probability that one of the names below will be our top pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

You will notice I will be scouting QB’s because I feel Miami should look to take advantage of this unfortunate 2017 campaign and draft a QB in one of our early picks possibly even first depending on the final draft spot they acquire. I did not include the top rated QB because Miami is not getting the top pick in the 2018 draft. I also did not include WR’s because Miami will be set at that position for some time despite some tough decisions needing to be made this off season.

I hope they (much like last year) draft heavily on the defensive side of the ball and if not a QB in round one a pass rushing DE or LB would be my preferred picks…I am getting excited about the possibilities. I just hope the Dolphins lose enough games to make this years draft matter more than being stuck drafting in the middle of the draft where they have traditionally drafted over the past decade missing out on the top talent.

They are listed in alphabetical order for now as I go through my research I will eventually put together my 2018 Miami Dolphins Mock Draft.
